Steam pipe is applied in every place of the city,which is convenient and quick for heating,and has great economic and environmental advantages over traditional coal burning.It has the characteristics of advanced technology,safety and utility.The use of steam pipeline saves urban construction space and improves the image of the city.However,due to the aging and corrosion of the pipeline,the leakage of the pipeline occurs from time to time,causing huge economic losses.It is of practical significance to locate the leakage position of steam pipeline accurately.In this paper,two different methods of steam pipeline leakage location,infrasound analysis method and acoustic intensity method are proposed by combining hardware with software.According to the principle of signal cross-correlation,infrasound analysis method receives infrasound at both ends of the pipeline,uses cross-correlation algorithm to get the time difference of infrasound arriving at both sides of the pipeline,and then designs the location algorithm to determine the leakage location of the pipeline.According to the attenuation characteristics of sound propagation,the acoustic intensity method locates the leakage position of pipeline by analyzing the strength of leakage signals at different locations in real time.According to the detection principle of the two positioning methods,this paper discusses the complete positioning scheme,and completes the design of infrasound analysis positioning system and acoustic intensity positioning system respectively.ZigBee wireless transmission technology and sensor technology are applied to design multiple wireless sensor monitoring nodes and build a wireless sensor network.In order to improve the positioning accuracy,an improved filtering algorithm is proposed based on the principle of wavelet multi-resolution analysis.LabVIEW software is used to program and design the pipeline leakage location system.The steam pipeline leak location system completes the functions of signal acquisition,wireless signal transmission,signal filtering and algorithm positioning.The positioning system has been tested,and the positioning results have high accuracy,which has broad application prospects.
