Oil-fired boiler steam system,which is complex and has numerous equipments,is an energy switch system.On account of the especial working condition,comparing with power station steam system,Oil-fired boiler steam system has many characteristics such as small inertia,great dynamic variety,many correlative and restrictive factors between its subsystems etc.Therefore,it is necessary to construct the dynamic modeling of Oil-fired boiler steam system.At first,on the basis of introducing the requirements about the Specification for Classification of Sea-going Ships for the oil-fired boiler steam system,this paper gives the working principle and composition of oil-fired boiler steam system of Dalian Maritime University training ship "YU KUN".According to the function and requirements of the system,using the laws of physics and formula,collection of the actual parameters of the ship and calculation is conducted.Take the steam system for example,carrying out system design and the selection of related to equipments and accessories in the system;according to characteristics of work process and the requirements of operation,then the paper analyzes the dynamic characteristics of boiler water level and steam pressure control and so on.On this basis,utilizing the method of modular modeling and lumped parameter modeling,through the analysis of the mechanism,applying laws of mass conservation,energy conservation,momentum conservation and theories of thermodynamics,heat transfer,fluid dynamic etc.on the simplify conditions,a comprehensive dynamic mathematical model of oil-fired boiler system is established.On the basis of the established nearly accurate mathematical model,the author establishes the simulation model by the tool of Simulink and introduces the method and process of building real-time simulation model for each sub-module detailly.Through setting reasonable simulation parameters and algorithm,the author carries the real-time simulation experiment on the computer.The result indicates that each dynamic process conformes to dynamic response process of the ship boiler.It provides tentative datas for the design,management,fault diagnosis of boiler and the design of high performance controller etc,simultaneously provides the full and accurate data for developing high fidelity real-time simulation system.The study of modular modeling and simulation for Oil-fired boiler steam system, will help managers to understand the operational mechanism of its more profound,and then enhance the operation and management level,at the same time,to provide the necessary optimized theory basis for enhancing the thermal efficiency of boilers and designning good performance controllers;will help to provide an accurate mathematical model,which can accurately reflect the actual dynamic process of oil-fired boiler,in order to achieve good simulation performance and fidelity;will help to develop a simulation system for crew training,as well as make a foundation for the studying of digital and intelligent engine room.
