The heating supply of Northern area mainly takes the way of central heating, which not only consumes large amount of coal-fired consumed,but also causes serious pressure of environmental protection,among them,a large space of energy saving and discharge reduction exists.Central heating system has two big general problems:First, different heat-needs in a heating network can't be considerated;causing low efficiency and high energy consumption.Second,uneven cold and heat,excessive transmission and distribution energy caused by large flow and small temperature difference.The reason is lack of proper control and proper measurement at a proper position.This paper aiming at the problem in the central heating system,improves the control strategy of the heating regional regulation energy saving system.According to the usage of the building,it divides into different parts to provide heating in different time,and divides the heating supply timing and antifreezing timing effectively.In the heating supply timing,it adjusts the temperature of the pipeline backflow dynamically, enlarging the temperature difference of outflow and backflow,saving electricity energy, improving heating supply quality,improving heating balance.In the antifreezing timing, using the way of climate compensating,according to the outside environment intermission channeling heat,at the precondition of safety it achieves the effect of energy saving.By shifting the intelligent module,when the antifreezing timing changed to the heating supply timing,according to the temperature outside,it plans the heating amount ahead of schedule,making sure the temperature inside rising to the setting value within the given time.Based on the heating regional regulation energy saving system,this paper compares the heating supply adjusting curve of two kind of valve setting method of cut-off valve and bypass valve to make heating supply schedules,calculating heating supply load, studying the energy saving property and economical efficiency of two kind of valve setting method,optimizing the control method and control parameter of the a heating regional regulation device,and improving its energy saving performance.This article gives example for a university who has been installed this device,from the example,at this heating supply system can save 26.6%of annual heat consumption in office area and 15.4%in residence area.Based on the network,aiming at the heating plan of the heating exchange station,adjusts the output power of cycle pump,it can save 70%of electricity power theoretically.Consequently,the heating regional regulation device has favorable energy saving property for some places have obvious heating feature.Under the present condition of incomplete consumer measurement,the heating regional regulation device(building meter) carries suitable control and measurement at the right place,not only can realize reasonable heat consumption,but also can classify quality of the energy consumption.
