The Simulation And Circuit Design Of Console In Container Loading Simulator

The technical of operators who control container handling equipments is a decisive factor in the production of port,the service life of equipments and it also plays a decisive role in economic benefits,etc.Compared with the training system for operators using real equipments,the crane simulator can put an end to incident arose by training without affect the normal work of harbor.The simulation of control panel equipment is an important component of Container Crane Loading Simulator.An approximation of the real control panel equipment will maximize enhance the physical reality of the system,improving the performance of the system.Based on the real photos of a container crane,operation manual and design drawings of operation console,this paper presents the simulation of control panel equipment and designs the circuit of Container Crane Loading Simulator with single-chip C8051F340,register SN74LS165,etc,and then connected the control panel with the computer by USB(Universal Serial BUS) interface,using Protel DXP,KEIL C Editor,USBXpress Driver Development Kit, Visual C++ development environment,etc.The main key works involve:(1) The design of the control panel equipment and the signal acquisition circuit of Container Crane Loading Simulator;(2) The design of the firmware of the single-chip using in the signal acquisition circuit;(3) The implementation of the communication between the control panel and the computer,based on USB interface.
