Research & Design Of Wireless Smoke Detection System

with the development of electronic sience technology,the fire detection technology is improved greatly in recent years,but the traditional wired fire alarm products is still ruling the market,short-range wireless communication is a new technology in recent years, compared to wired network,wireless fire alarm system has more advantages,such as flexible network,convenient installation and low cost etc.the system can be widely used in factories and buildings for fire detection,with a wide range of application.The wireless fire alarm detection system based on wireless communication and smoke detection technology.Studied the detection method and formation of fire,smoke detectors based on the principle of light scattering and can judge the trend of fire. Compared with the traditional smoke detector,it has high sensitivity,fast response,high reliability and low false alarm rate.By comparing several common wireless technologies, select the chip CC1100 which work in ISM frequency below 1GHz to carry out the wireless communication.The main task of this paper is as follow:The design of smoke detector is based on the MCU of MSP430F2012,finish the power supply circuit,smoke detection and amplification circuit which compose the hardware system of the detector.Router design is based on MCU of TI MSP430F2274, finish the wireless communication circuit and serial communication circuit.Give out the detailed design for CC1100 module.Program the MCU with C language,By analysing a large number of fire test data,the paper comes out with a new algorithm which can respond fastly to four kinds of fire which defined by GB standard,and gives the main software flow for the smoke detector.The paper proposes intelligent designs for the system,including dirty self-examination, malfunction of self-diagnose,self-adjustable settings to environment change.Design the key module software such as data transfer and data receive subroutines for the Router.The fire detection system can successfully give out alarm signal and malfunction signal by testing with the monitoring software of PC.The wireless fire alarm detection system eliminate cabling works,it can give out alarm signal rapidly and correctly.And it has high application value in short-range fire alarm field.
