To ensure the mode of the electrical project at long bowls,we should consider the question in areas including resource distribution and national economy then we could make a good decision.The author learned the knowledge of the electrical delivery capacity and studied the relationship of the key elements and the electrical delivery capacity.At the last,an example was found for which an project planning in 2020 by National Grid Company. The author got the Maximum transmission capacity of the Ultra HVDC/AC Transmission and studied the relationship of the key elements and the electrical delivery capacity in the example.Finally methods ware found to Improve the transmission capacity of the Ultra HVDC/AC Transmission.The effects which the project planning in 2020 by National Grid Company will bring to the Original Power Grid also ware found.
