The safe and stable operation of electric power system is related to national security and the lives of the people.Resonance Mechanism of low-frequency oscillations on the plant side of parameters may lead to disturbances on power system oscillation.However,in the past,the dynamic security assessment have overlooked the power plant side of the thermodynamic system and mechanical systems,and isolated to study the electrical system,in case of any system disturbance caused by heat or mechanical parameter,you can not correct assessment it.Therefore,this paper puts forward the concept that power system dynamic security assessment of machine and grid, considering the thermal system,mechanical system and power system parameters to assess the system stability,and network parameters machine coupling analysis,which is to further study the resonance mechanism of low-frequency oscillations and coordination of machine and grid has very important significance.
