Long-span continuous prestressed concrete box-girder bridge in the past two to three decades has been widely applied in the construction. There are a lot of prestressed concrete continuous girder bridges during construction or use of the existence .The problem of cracks have been seriously affected the normal use of the bridge. In-depth analysis of cracks and propose effective measures to deal with as an urgent needed to be addressed.1. The cracks of the existing theory of the system concluded that an analysis of the impact of prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge cracks of various materials as well as the construction process of stress factors on the beam, and to limit the use of a bridge element calculation software MIDAS north of the Han River Bridge No. 2 to the calculation of stress and deflection analysis.2. At the conclusion of the various influencing factors on the basis of the focus on the effects of temperature on the impact of cracks in the bridge, according to MIDAS north of the Han River Bridge on the 2nd of the stress and deflection analysis of the temperature sums up the impact of the bridge structure of the law of stress, and test compliance with the norms of the bridge prestressed continuous beam bridge on the stress requirements.3. The above analysis based on the results of existing prestressed continuous beam bridge design and construction of process improvements, to effectively deal with the impact of various factors cracks. This paper introduces the domestic and international development and research of the long-span continuous girder bridge, the cracks and the calculation of torsion, and deflection analysis of the cracks and causes of the mechanism. Through the experience of existing and relevant information available, get a preliminary summary of the statistical laws of cracks box. Application of finite element principle of Wu Jing high-speed North River Bridge on the analysis has been used to the advanced design concepts and construction methods to control the box and the deflection of the crack. In response to these measures, through the finite element method, pointing out its deficiencies, and in accordance with the results summed up the experience to control the cracks and under torsion. Further on how to prevent the cracks and under torsion of long-span continuous girder bridge from the design, construction and operation of a monitoring solution.
