| The annual consumption of industrial cap in China is more than 2~3 billion. The production plan of plain detonator and fuse is forbidden since 2009, which means there will mainly use electric cap,fuse blasting cap and integral blasting net to complete engineering blasting task in future engineering blasting. For some large scale blasting or demolition projects, complicated blasting net is needed. Whether the blasting net will ignite reliably is effect not only on blasting quality and project result, but also on security of blasting project, and even more on social stability. Therefore, the reliability of blasting net is highly concerned by blasting researchers. There has significant engineering value to deeply study the reliability of blasting net and conduct design and construction of blasting net according to theory research results, which could ensure blasting projects carry out smoothly and get contemplated results.The paper mainly study about the reliability of electric cap ignition net,fuse blasting cap ignition net and the two series-parallel connection ignition net.Secondly, reliability degree mathematical model of different ignition net is established. For basic ignition net, take initiation units association into consideration, it is found that over time the descent velocity of net system consisted by fuse blasting caps' series connection is quick than ether net system consisted by electric caps' series connection or net system consisted by net system consisted by fuse blasting caps' cluster connection. When take construction and economic condition into consideration, binding two caps on engineering blasting node so as to raise net reliability. It is proposed that in normal ignition net reliability valuation, the blasting net consisted by parallel-series connection of electric caps and fuse blasting caps is more reliable than that of binding fuse blasting caps of series connection.Thirdly, analysis net structure that influence blasting net's reliability according to reliability engineering theory---the fault tree analysis. Locate the logical relationship between cause and effect. Predict the dynamic development proceed of the net invalidation and analysis the invalidation factors according to fault tree analysis. Propose specific measures to increase net reliability finally. |
