After developping success of the tax-control model machine, one of the next targets is developping one to many network tax control machine. This paper is based on this background exactly, focuses on the use multi-threaded technology to realize one to many data-processing model.After summarize GB18240.7 tax control management system and one to many model design structure,then make emphasis on researching one to many tax control processing algorithm . After demonstrate repeatedly of the service model which tax control side adopted, finalize determining using the tcp connection and multi-threaded server as model framework. Due to tax control machine involve more technique,therefore,here also conducting an appropriate statementmaking such as the network socket, the principle of multi-threaded, embedded database theory etc.Thanks to there is no limit on many of the one to many cases in practice,therefore, in the latter part of this article ,carrying on a research on optimization of the model framework,including one to many thread performance optimization, one to many database distributed processing optimization etc. Due to the focus is on one to many model research, therefore ,the soft algorithm and the optimization on it is on the point. Through basic program test ,there are at least two bottleneck on realization one to many data processing model, one is the concurrency of embedded database, one is the processing ability of tax-control machine.This paper put forward a method which use queue to buffer data, and then useing affairs processing of sqlite to batch process , which can promote the concurrency of embedded database notablely. One way to solve processing ability is to make use distribute technology ,through using corba tools such as orbit,moving the data processing of embedded database to other machine, thus , the tax-control machine will decrease burden obviously. When the many of one to many is much exceed the processing ability of the tax-control machine, this text adopt a method of asynchronous communicztion to solve it. This research , will provide a good technique prototype and usefor reference for researching the realizable one to many tax-control machine certainly.
