As the continuous development of science and technology,the demand for imaging lens utilizing a solid image-pickup element such as CCD,CMOS and the like,mounted on a portable device such as mobile telephone,is being increased remarkably,and they will go legerity, handsome and multifunctional.As the mobile telephone is small,imaging lens system used in such a camera is likewise small in size,while it is desired to be preferable imaging quality,which on a large extent lies on design of lens system for digital camera.In this thesis,on the basis of referring to domestic and foreign patents and literatures,combined optimization and simulation practice,it gives the design methods of the micro optical fixed-focus lens.This thesis analyses the design and simulation of micro optical lens system having a fixed focal length, improving on it,making with simulation and design preferable.This thesis firstly introduces the development status of micro optical lens system,and analyses the matching problem between the optical lens and the imaging sensor.Then it introduces the basic things about technical parameters and development course of lens system having a fixed focal length.The applications of plastic lens and aspherical lens have promoted the development of micro optical lens.As the precision machine and the processing technology develop constantly,we can use ultra-precision processing technology,plastic ejaculation technology and glass molding technology to achieve the manufacture of aspherical lens now.We can produce a micro fixed-focus lens system satisfying the requirement of compactness,handiness,excellent optical performance and low cost,which have a big market space.Nest,it introduces the design methods and process of optical system in detail.It particular discusses the performance evaluation and detecting of optical system,and introduces the pw method and automatic design.Last it introduces the tolerance analysis.Then,the thesis discusses the characteristics of a variety of different structural types of micro fixed-focus lens system respectively.It explains the actuality of micro optical lens system having a fixed focal length,and optimizes and simulates them.Based on the conventional micro fixed-focus lens and combined the above-mentioned optical design theory,we use the optical system design software Code V to design three novel lens systems having a fixed focal length,which have its own unique advantages respectively.These are main innovations of this thesis.Compared to the initial lens,first lens has better image quality,larger relative aperture and wider field of view.Its first,third and fourth lenses are E48R-type plastic material to reduce production costs and weight and impact resistance increased.It achieves a higher resolution,and can match the 5-mega pixel 1/3.8 inches of the COMS.Second lens relative to the initial lens,joins the diffraction surface,so the various aberrations,especially chromatic aberration are corrected preferably.It has larger relative aperture and wider field of view.Its first and third lenses are also plastic-type E48R material,and the role is the same as first lens system.Reduces the length of the system,and subsequently increases the back focal length to ensure good telecentric performance.The same realization of the higher resolution can be matched 1/3 inches 8-mega pixel COMS.Third lens is wide-angle lens.As a result of the using environment,the lens on the environment needs to have high resistance ability,so the first lens is glass lens.Compared to the initial lens,spherical aberration and astigmatism are better,but distortion is still large,the difficulty of wide-angle lens design,yet needs to be further improvements in the future. Optical length decreases and the edge illumination increases,larger than the edge illumination of general wide-angle lens,which overcomes the disadvantage of small edge illumination of wide-angle lens.At last,it discusses the development prospect of optical lens system having a fixed focal length and other optical lens in detail.
