Abstract/Summary:
The boiler is important power supply in industrial production,occupying the great proportion in energy consumption.Accurate measurement of air flow is important to guarantee safety and steady operation,to enhance security and efficiency of boiler combustion,and the whole automation level in power plant.The air flow in unit time was obtained by "speed-area" law,based on the flow regime's distribution in rectangular pipe and "Log-Chebyshev" theoretical model to set spots,according to the average velocity by integral principle.It has designed a series of steps to filtrate noise,piezoelectric crystal as detected element.The intensity of vortex-street was enhanced by the high elasticity detected element.It designed stress vortex-street flowmeter to measure the air flow in pipe,which the different pressure to reflect the rate was transformed to the frequency singal.It was monitored online about the air flow,the pressure,the temperature.
