| The art of state and problems of dry-discharge slag technology in large-scale thermal power station were studied in this paper.According to the principles and characteristics of dry-discharge slag,the necessity and technical economy of dry-discharge slag technology employed by Yimin Power Plant were technically and economically proved.The detailed design calculation of dry-discharge slag system has been carried out to search out the best parameters and find out the effects on boiler efficiency caused by dry-discharge slag system.The slag system of Yimin Power Plant was rebuilt with the dry-discharge slag technology.From the on-site experiments,important operation parameters and technical data were acquired, accompanying with the good economic efficiency.This paper can systematically bring good references and practical experiences for the dry-discharge slag system for its design,rebuild,operation,and technical innovation in large coal-fired power plants of China. |
