| With the development of CFD (computational fluid dynamics), designer can predict indoor air flow field, temperature field, concentration field, pressure field at design stage to ensure technology needs, meet human thermal comfort, and also make good indoor air quality and powerfrugal air distribution. FLUENT is used to do numerical simulation befor air-conditioning design to study the merit rating and humiture required by production technique, and reasonable air distribution, which is a way to get detailed data of researched range. Comparing with testing, numberical simulation has following features: low cost, quick , complete information and so on.According to the characters of clean air-conditioning design and CFD, an optimization design, clean air-conditioning with CFD technology, is promoted. It adopts a set of relatively perfect clean air-conditioning design proposals, does computer numerical simulation for various data and does simulation analysis for temperature field, pollution concentration field and flow field under different situations. A project encountered in practice is selected for study. We choose relatively appropriate physical model, radiation model, network partitioning, alternative manner for analysis and reasoning to determine the optimized design proposal, which shows the powerful effectivity of CFD for air-conditioning design and also proves the correctness of air-conditioning design combined with CFD technology and the reasonableness of judgment criteria. |
