| The moon simulator is the important equipment which is the optical navigation sensing device on the ground simulation and performance testing and calibration, simulating the irradiation characteristics of the moonlight on the ground, using to simulate the space environment, which is the object simulator in testing system. The effect is that it provides moonlight simulating signal, which is the spectral match with moonlight, uniform, stable and collimated and a certain radiant intensity, which is used for the simulative test of the aircraft in the space environment and precision calibration.This paper discussed the composition of the moon simulator, the overall structure and operating principle of the moon simulator, it emphasized on making a thorough study about the optical system of the moon simulator and irradiance uniformity, and introduced a design project that is adopting coaxial transmission-type optical configuration. On this basis, it made optimization design which is aiming at the optical system of the moon simulator, for satisfying the irradiance uniformity of the moon simulator, optical system using optical integrator; and focused on analyzing the effect on irradiance uniformity, such as optical aberration and optical components, which verified the design method of the optical system of the moon simulator through the analysis of theory and the experiment. |
