Studies On Black Start For LiaoNing Grid By Huanren Power Plant

1n recent years, large-scale blackouts happen occasionally around the world, causing enormous social impact and economic losses. After a blackout ,power needs to be restored as quickly and reliably as possible,and consequently,detailed restoration plans are necessary.In this thesis, a black start scheme of anshan fire power plant by huanren power plant is thoroughly studied. Based on the actual conditions, the feasibility of self-start for huanren power plant is studied. With the main technique problems be discussed,the proper qualification and procedure for black start of huanren power plant are proposed. The spot which draws up to make use of Huan Ren power plant to black start Anshan fire power station experiments.The above-mentioned research result provides for the establishment of the Liaoning grid black start project basis, experiment to provide a reference for the physically black start of Liaoning grid, handle big area power failure to have certain instruction meaning to charged Liaoning grid.
