In order to guarantee the stationarity and the safety of trains which are running in high-speed railway, a strict limitation on long-T-term camber of high-speed railway bridges is needed. Based on the study of how to control the long-T-term camber of prestressed concrete bridges for construction of Tai Zhong Yin high-speed railway, the research on analyzing creep and shrinkage effects in prestressed concrete (PC) bridges has been finished.The arch caused by the long-term storage of beam is a very complicated system, involved in raw materials, construction, beam storage, the environment temperature and so on. Particularly, if the beam will have been preserved for more than a year, as the beam which is absent from the second phase constant-load will have gone through the four seasons. So it's very important to control the arch of T-beam which will experience the long-term storage, and it's very necessary to research on the arch control systematiclly.This paper's main task is: By studying on the factors which impact the arch of the long-term preserved beam, we can find a key factor which causes the beam arch. Then we will find a theory method to calculate the degree of the beam arch, and this theory method will ensure the calculating accuracy.The research result of this paper will be a good guidor for the constructors when they want to optimize the construction technology or to change the constructing parameters. The research result will also ensure that the arch of the long-term preserved beam will be controlled in the range of standard, and will ensure that the good qulity of the beam.This paper analysed on many references and calculated on a lot of data, the major work is described as follows:(1) Analyzed carefully all kinds of factors which will influence the arch degree in prestressed concreted T-beam during the preversing period. (2) Calculated accurately on the numerical value of the arch in prestressed concreted T-beam, and compose the electronic program which is for calculating. (3) Put out some effective measures to control the over-deformation in prestressed concreted bridge.This paper probed into those aspects as follows: (1) Calculated accurately on arch of the bridge which is caused by prestress by using the solving differential equations, and compose the electronic calculating program by using MATLAB. (2) Curve fitted those parameters in the calculating formula of creeping coefficient which is in the criterion, and compose the common using program of the creeping coefficient by using MATLAB. (3) Based on the classical theory calculating formula which is for calculating the lose of reinforcement stress which is caused by friction when the reinforcements are stretched, this paper will find a new calculating formula. (4) Calculated on the arch of prestressed concreted T-beam during the perserving peroid by using the electronic calculating programm, and compared with the real data.This paper did a lot of works to prove that we can accurately estimate and effectively control the arch of the prestressed concreted T-beam.
