Research On The Disaster-Shelter Function And Design Of Urban Green Space In Beijing

The disaster-shelter green space is the important part of the city disaster-prevention space,and it's one of the primary seismic shelters for evacuation.After disaster broke out,green space afford much space for refuge and succor,planning and design can reduce the waste of time and the misuse of space.This paper is aimed at assure the disaster-shelter function can be exerted felicitously of urban green space,then,not affects the use in peacetime.Analyzed the character of modern city's disaster and the disaster-shelter function of urban green space,the concept of urban disaster-shelter green space is proposed to be set up.Take the city of Beijing for example,combined with the urban green space system in the centre of Beijing,the kind of urban disaster-shelter green space and its function are analyzed,and make out the plan of urban disaster-shelter green space in Beijing.According to the urban green space system,the urban road transport system and the structure of urban space,this paper strongly emphasizes the disaster-shelter green space planning must to combine the urban green space system,the urban road transport system, the structure of urban space and the character of geology.At last,combined with the actual projects, the paper deals with the design of Beixiaohe park in chaoyang area.The emphasis is on how to design this park from the terrain,plant,garden architecture,road,water,facility,identity system,besides adding the disaster-shelter facilities.
