The large-span latticed shell structures are getting more and more popular all over the world. Meanwhile they are one of the most extensive and earliest in our country. As the span of latticed shell structures will increase, The most important problems in the course of structure design are that the large-span latticed shell structure will make immense horizontal so that the sub-structure can't resist it. Meanwhile the most area in our country is in earthquake region. The problem "how to reduce the effect of earthquake" is more important. The most important in the practical engineering is to find the right bearings. The rubber plate-supports can solve the above problems, so the researches on vibration reducing of the rubber plate-supports have more effective significance. The precision and dependability of rubber plate-supports on vibration reducing will influence the security of structure.This article has mainly carried on the following work:(1) In this paper, take the actual project—Qing Yang Stadium as the background. Use the current reference design specification to design the rubber bearing plate. But in the present design methods, usually the rubber supports are only considered its vertical distortion. However, in the actual project the board style rubber supports are in the great span complex surface structure, the superstructure will have the very significant horizontal thrust, therefore we will need rubber bearing plates bear the enormous horizontal thrust of the superstructure and transmit for the substructure.(2) This issue in light of the actual engineering design, uses large-scale finite element software ANSYS, establishes the analysis model of rubber bearing plate. Change the rubber parameters of different thicknesses, different plane sizes and different horizontal thrusts, to carry on the detailed analysis contrast to its stress performance, the horizontal rigidity and the vertical rigidity. Analysis of the above, we can see rubber bearing plate has the good horizontal stiffness and vertical stiffness to satisfy the requests of actual projects. The theory has a greater significance and value of the works.(3) The durability of rubber bearing plate factors and the installation of rubber bearing construction quality problems are also concerned in this article. The counter measures of affect the durability of rubber bearing plate of the factors are put forward, and the quality of the construction control solutions are explored for practical engineering reference.
