Large span reinforced concrete shell structure meets people's pursuit of large space.Cast in situ structure is often used in its construction process,so steel pipe is often used as the support frame for construction.Engineering practice shows that the support frame of shell structure is prone to collapse in engineering.In this paper,the stress analysis of the support frame in the construction of large-span reinforced concrete shell structure is taken as the research content to study whether there are safety accidents caused by the design defects of the support frame.Firstly,this paper studies the design of PKPM on-site construction safety calculation software for construction support frame(1)The checking calculation of PKPM site construction safety calculation software is in accordance with the formula (?),?min and Nmax appears in the same member,but in the actual structure,?min and Nmax of construction rod appears on the same frame at the same time;(2)PKPM can't calculate the stability of the support with arch.The above research shows that there are some differences between the design and calculation results of PKPM on-site construction safety calculation software and the actual situation.In this study,the finite element software is further used to analyze the stress of the construction support frame of the large-span reinforced concrete shell structure,and the calculation results of the PKPM field construction calculation software are compared to provide a reference for the design of the construction support frame of the large-span reinforced concrete shell structure.It is further found that the stress of the construction support frame of the largespan reinforced concrete shell structure is affected by many factors.Taking the construction support frame of LiuPanShui grain and oil reserve center as the research object,the finite element software MIDAS is used Gen established the calculation model,and then constantly adjusted the height of the arch support,the space between the cross braces and the space between the vertical members1.Large span reinforced concrete shell construction support frame will produce large horizontal force when bearing load,and the horizontal cross bar has large force.2.When the rise height is one,the bearing capacity of the construction support frame will decrease with the increase of the spacing between the cross bracing and the vertical pole;3.The existence of cross bracing will increase the stability of construction support frame;4.The ideal spacing of cross bracing is between 4m and 7m.In order to further study and understand the stress characteristics of the construction support frame of the large-span reinforced concrete shell structure,this paper still takes the construction support frame of Liupanshui grain and oil reserve center as an example,adopts the buckling mode analysis method,and obtains the influence of different factors on the stress of the construction support frame of the largespan reinforced concrete shell structure.The innovation of this paper is as follows(1)This paper puts forward some suggestions on the influencing factors of the construction support frame of large-span reinforced concrete shell structure.(2)In view of the design and erection of construction support frame of large span reinforced concrete shell structure,some constructive improvement measures and methods are put forward.
