| Traditional mode of production of construction industry is a extensive mode of production with high input and high pollution. To a large extent, it causes over-consuming resources and environmental pollution. On the socio-economic sustainable development and the survival of mankind itself constitute serious obstacles and threats. Scientific and rational use of recycled aggregate and recycled aggregate concrete is a positive and effective way to solve the problem of waste concrete which are brought about by the traditional construction industry. The basic theory of recycled aggregate and recycled concrete are introduced in the thesis, with the current research progress of their performance at home and abroad. Arrange test to further compare the physical, mechanical properties of the similarities and differences between recycled aggregate, recycled concrete and natural aggregate, common concrete. And then sum up the performance regularity of recycled aggregate and recycled concrete. Through analysis of test data collation, we can see that most performance targets of recycled aggregate and recycled concrete are lower than that of natural aggregate and common concrete. However, with the increase in the number of recycling, the performance increase uniformity. In the thesis, another arrangement of orthogonal design experiments, analyses the relevant affecting factors of recycled concrete and the level of factors. Through orthogonal analysis, than get the alternative option of better performance of recycled aggregate concrete and passed the experimental verification. The results can provide reference for the practical engineering application. In the thesis, to some of the durability of recycled concrete and the target range of industries and economic analysis in the practical application just to make the corresponding discussion, looking forward to the future in this respect deepper research and wider application. |
