| In 1 August,2008,the official Government opens the Beijing-Tianjin passenger railway,making it possible for the high-speed train and realizing the true sense of the inter-city bus train the between the Beijing-Tianjin.However,firmly rely on the two municipalities of Beijing and Tianjin,Tanggu Binhai New Area,as the largest port in Bohai Bay,has become a center of economic growth potential,while the Beijing-Tianjin passenger railway extension line(Tianjin to Tianjin Binhai New Area) will also be completed and put into operation in 2011.In this study,it doesn't take into account of the ordinary run and 11 pairs cross-subsidized line passenger train and analysis the Beijing-Tianjin-Tanggu passenger line as a "full speed" to study the operating mode.In this paper,it is the first research of Beijing-Tianjin-Tanggu passenger line to study as a whole.This article takes the current 59 pairs of trains on the Beijing-Tianjin passenger line as a research base and studies 3000 data since the Beijing-Tianjin inter-city train line opened for the study sample.This article first analysis the status of regional passenger transport supply and demand of the Beijing-Tianjin-Tanggu areas, Come to the conclusion of characteristics of passenger and the future volume forecast. Finally,basing on the data of above traffic analysis and forecast,it researches the current Beijing-Tianjin passenger railway's transmission capacity in passenger trains, the number of the reasonable start train inter-city,reasonable program stops of the passenger trains inter-city and the cost-effectiveness evaluation inter-city passenger train Beijing-Tianjin-Tanggu from the "people-oriented" point of view and the demand of tourists. |
