Compared with ordinary concrete,high performance concrete(HPC) is a high-tech concrete,and it takes durability as the main design target,and based on traditional process,it takes low water-binder ratio,combined with chemical admixtures and mineral admixture dual-doped technology.For medium strength grade C30~C50 concrete,in the case of not razing intensity grade,how to improve durability and extend its life is a direction.In this paper,the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail passenger dedicated line project HPC is the research objective.It will research HPC mix for the using of high life of concrete structures.By a large number of experiments,it analyzes relationship between the concrete mix parameters and its performance,and puts forward the method of mix design.The main research results are as follows:(1)Under the premise of taking into account of strength,durability and workability, draw up HPC mix by selection of raw materials,optimizing the cementations materials content,mineral admixture content,water-binder ratio and sand rate parameters;(2)This paper carries out with more than 300 group tests,and it analyses the influence law of the mix parameters water-binder ratio,mineral admixture ratio,sand ratio,and cementitious materials content on performance of strength,durability, workability and fits out of the related equation between them;(3)A large number of experimental dates provide the basis for restrictions to matlab mix optimization design on medium strength HPC,such as water-binder ratio, mineral admixture ratio,sand ratio,cementitious materials content and so on.It furthers precise the Matlab optimization results;(4)Basing on the analysis of test results,it puts forward the life-cycle mix design by the related equation of the concrete compressive strength with cementations materials content,mineral admixture,and also with water-binder ratio.It tests results rationality by the fitted related equation of electric flux and mix parametersThe research results of this paper can provide guidance for the HPC mix design and provide further more reference for the relevant standards and protocols.
