The traction motor refers to the motors used for electric traction,such as railway locomotives,industrial locomotives,diesel locomotives with electric power transmission and electric vehicles(such as batteries cars,city trams).In the current situation of energy consumption and environmental pollution has become the focus of the world,the study of efficiency optimized control of traction motor not only be of real significance in saving energy,greatly extending the mileage of vehicles,but also having far-reaching effects of the entire social environment and energy conservation for the national economy.In this thesis,the efficiency optimized control technology of traction motor is studied,taking the most widely used induction motor as an example.In this thesis,the study of efficiency optimized of the traction motor is based on motor's loss model.The analysis focus on the impact of losses produced by stator, rotor and air gap,as well as the theory of iron loss.And then,the efficiency optimized control algorithm for vector control and direct torque control theory of induction motor is analyzed.With the soft of MATLAB / SIMULINK,the efficiency optimized control system is simulated.Finally,the thesis introduces the experiment of induction motor,which based on IGBT as main circuit and DSP TMS320LF2407A as control system.Experiments show the efficiency optimized system of a traction motor has a preferable reliability,dynamic and control capability.
