In recent years, with the scientific and technological progress and the development of the times, people have time to the accuracy of the growing demands, particularly in national defense, scientific research and electricity, railway, transport, navigation and so on, so the development of high-precision Standard clock system has become increasingly important. Global Positioning System (GPS) Application of the standard clock more and more widespread, people are exploring the use of its excellent time synchronization of the development of the power system monitoring, protection and control of the various new methods.This paper explained the GPS global positioning system and its delegate at the principle, the standard clock on the GPS system structure, combined with current market demand and practical application of research and design a GPS clock synchronization system. The research paper by the expansion of GPS synchronized time clock system includes GPS receiver module, GPS antenna and the core control system. Which, GPS receivers used a high-performance GPS OEM board, and the core of this control system is the core of the system design, including hardware and software systems.
