| Sustainable development for historical area is the one of the important goals for urban development in the 21st century. Historical area is the epitome of urban development, it underscores the characteristic of local cities on society, economic, culture and environment. Based on computer graphics, with the example of historical area of Chaozhou, to explore and analysis the system elements for historical area, the paper puts forward the concept of layer for historical area, and establishes the system layer model of conservation and planning, and designs the management system of conservation and planning for historical area.The objectives and importance was studied, and the development process of conservation and planning for historical area at home and abroad was reviewed, and the main content and methods employed in it was summed up. The applicability of computer graphics for historical area was analyzed, the layer model for historical area was set up, the vertical layer steps and horizontal layer elements were analyzed deeply, the space layer approach was put forward, and the space layered process for historical area model was built. Take the historical area of Chaozhou as a example, the status and characteristic for historical area was analyzed, the background elements of nature,society,economic,culture for historical area was studied; the system model of conservation and planning for historical area was built, the content and methods of conservation and planning was analyzed; and the comprehensive development planning suggestion and management methods was put forward.The management system of conservation and planning for historical area was designed, which provide a certain value of management information construction and conservation and planning for historical area. Finally, This part summarizes the whole context, and puts forward suggestion of conservation and planning and management information for historical area in next step. |
