This paper studies the development and research of the diffusion-absorption refrigerator for the promotion of alternative energy and its comprehensive utilization, energy saving and environmental protection in the refrigeration and air-conditioning industry. In this paper we also discuss the characteristics for the adiabatic spray absorbers applied in the diffusion-absorption refrigeration system. We establish mathematical model for the containers in the system and conduct a simulation analysis and calculation program. Meanwhile, we develop the refrigerator and carry out experimental research on it.Applying the spray absorber in the diffusion-absorption refrigerator and conducting a simulation analysis and calculation program, it shows that, under given conditions, the concentration of the ammonia sprayed from the absorber is stronger, the COP of system is smaller, and the temperature of the sprayed solution influences the system performance greatly. It also indicates that if the spray temperature of the absorber is definite, with the increase of the generating temperature or decrease of evaporating temperature, or advance of efficiency for the solution heat exchanger and gas heat exchanger, demanded spray concentration of absorber is higher. Working in different conditions, spray concentration of absorber directly influences the system performance and plays key role in the normal operation.After installing and testing both software and hardware of Labview and programming, we have realized online detection and real-time acquisition on the 26 temperature points, such as heat source temperature, generating temperature, absorption temperature, evaporation temperature, condensing temperature, and so on, as well as the work pressure and flow rate of cooling water. Moreover, we could store the detected data to make it convenient to call when processing the data.This essay makes an experimental research for the refrigerator which has been successful development of a pilot study. The research shows that each part can work normally, Generator, solution heat exchanger, cooler solution show a good effect of heat transfer condenser. When the Heat source temperature reaches 72℃, Evaporation temperature will reach 5.26℃. This temperature has been able to meet the general requirements of home air-conditioning. When the heat source temperature reaches 77.84℃, Evaporation temperature will reach 0.05℃. The cooling effect is obvious.This essay has been greatly improved the spread of the performance of the structure of absorption chillers based on the proliferation of absorption chillers, as well as research and development of spray absorber absorption chillers in the proliferation of applications in analysis and lay an important foundation for the research of spread of the absorption chiller.
