With the rapid development of urban construction and the demands for human residential environment are increased,in order to improve huaman residential environments,regulate climates in small range,and slow down the urban tropical island effect,more and more manned-lakes are build in cities.However,the negative consequences could be neglected during the process,the artificial construction are often costly,a LCA model of manned-lake construction project is introduced in this papers.At the base of that we can use the quantitative and qualitative analysis method to evaluate the resource consumption,energy consumption and entironment impact during the manned-lake construction project.From the concept of LCA,the framework of the basic features and system of LCA are discussed,as well as the basic content and basic approach.A LCA system which is suitable to eveluate manned-lake construction project is discussed which has been developed on the base of traditional life cycle assessing.The objectives and the system boundary of a LCA which is suitable to eveluate manned-lake construction project is defined,the basic steps and the methods of data lists are built.Consider the resource consumption,energy consumption and entironment impact in all stages of manned-lake construction,from the exploitation of natural resource and the acquision of raw materials to construction,traetment and the alteration.At the base of that we can use the quantitative and qualitative analysis method to evaluate.A LCA system which is suitable to eveluate manned-lake construction project is discussed and a LCA model of manned-lake construction project is developed. Classifying,featuring and weighting the data from lists,the different environmental affecting potential could be concluded in the end.By means of classifying environment impact and featuring,the method about improving the evaluation is provide.Analytic hiberarchy process is used in the paper.In oeder to reflect the practice more effectively,quantitative and qualitative evaluate method are both used.Two practical designing plans about QuJiang-South Lake in Xian are selected as examples in this paper to investigate.The life-cycle assessment would be usede to selectt the plan to achieve the greatest potential waste prevention and resource reduction.Eventually,the measure and recommendations to reduce and eliminate some impact would be eliminated to provide evidence for governors' decisions.
