The Research On The Integration Planning Of The Textile Community In The City Of Xi'an

China is experiencing the transformation from a planned economy to socialist market economy,which has profound impact upon China's society as a whole,including the reform and development of urban communities.This paper studied the textile city of Xi'an is also facing such vicissitude and the transformation.The textile City gathered a large number of state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises of light industry is an important base in Xi'an,with the reform and opening up and socialist modernization drive under way,a large number of textile enterprises have been behind the pace of the times,many textile companies have filed for bankruptcy,textile city of industry it is imperative to adjust the economic structure.As the enterprise reform,the gradual deepening of economic restructuring,the textile city of the original unit of a dollar-based model of social regulation and control of the regulation and control of human integration will gradually collapse,textile restructuring of state-owned enterprises,members of the community unit subordinate to a fixed management system will be to break a large number of "unit person" into "society".On the other hand,during China's speeding-up process of urbanization,the city of Xi'an has also expanded its urban area to peripheral countryside which still practices rural collective ownership.As a result,the textile community has virtually contained rural areas in it,surrounded by planned urban areas,which is also called "urban village".The two ownerships of urban and rural areas coexist in the textile community.During the reform of these "urban village",a large rural population has changed to urban population of the textile community.With the deepening of enterprise reform,changes in government functions,the development of market economy,it urgent for the community to integrate all its resources to form a new architecture in order to fill the gap between the local residents' growing demand for both material and cultural needs and the undeveloped infrastructure in the community,through community harmony,to achieve social harmony.And this is the context of this paper.The research in this paper is based on the existing projects in the reviving scheme of the textile community of the city of Xi'an,systematically applying the methods of sociology,management,city planning,etc,on the integration planning of the textile community.The research focuses on the relationship among the community as a system, its component elements,and the environment.The results of the research are supposed to be helpful to optimize the interactions among different integral components in the community and also their functions.The research in this paper proposes a novel community integration mode and mechanism,promotes the balanced development of the textile community,and contributes to the theory of building a harmonious socialist society of Xi'an.This paper proposes a novel cross-disciplinary approach of city planning,exploring the community integration on a micro level,analyzing the integration of heterogeneous communities in the textile community reviving scheme,and also giving potential solutions.As it is based on the reviving scheme of the textile community of the city of Xi'an, which is submitted by the People's Government of Xi'an,the research in this paper not only has its theoretic value,but also has defined practical significance.The research in this paper can contribute to contemporary China's community integration process.
