The Development Of The Seaside District Of Xinghai And Heishijiao In Dalian

In recent years,urban waterfront development has gradually become hot spots of urban construction in our country.In the "Fifteenth-Year" period,Liaoning Province put forword the development strategy named "five points and one line",focusing on building five important development areas along the Yellow sea and the Bohai Sea and the coastal road through the province's coastline.The object of this article is the region along the parts of the coastal highway of Xinghai and Heishijiao in Dalian.The areas along this part were classified into various types as land use,concluding residential land,public facilities, specially-designated land,roads and squares and so on.For each type,the author collected the on-site information,concluded the information and the problems identified,and expatiated on the reasons from six aspects,such as market,government,financial,legal,environmental and public issues respectively.From the point of planning and management,the author researched on the perspective of the construction of the coastal road and its impact and the problems involved on the surrounding area.Using the experience at home and abroad for references,the author made suggestions for the construction of the coastal road of Xinghai and Heishijiao in Dalian,and the co-ordination with the surrounding areas.
