The temperature management system is a main technical of fuel cell power system(FCPS) development, especially for PEMFC engine, although it has great advantages, such as high efficiency, low working temperature, no pollution, fast start-up, high power density and so on, the heat of the PEMFC is non-reversible and nearly 40%~50% of the energy dissipation is heat energy. Its heat loads can double that of a normal automobile with equivalent power, which makes higher demands on the design of temperature management system. At the same time, with the development of computer technology, automatic control of FCPS's system temperature become reality. Thus, research on temperature management system simulation of FCPS obtains more attention. The paper does some researches on the design and simulation of 25kW PEMFC power system's temperature management system.Based on analyzing FCPS's basic parameter and performance, which was influenced by temperature, the paper discussed significance of FCPS's temperature management, then designed 25kW PEMFC power system's temperature management system by analyzing the function, design target and requirement of FCPS's temperature management system, emphatically determined cooling method and working process of cooling system; finally, matched calculation for FCPS's temperature management system, which provided a theoretical basic for radiator and water pump.The paper analyzed FCPS's temperature management system submodel by math-physics method, the submodel includes fuel cell stack submodel, radiator submodel, water tank and conduit submodel as well as control unit submodel, at the same time, according to the research and development work of FCPS, used multivariate fuzzy control theory, established simulation model of 25kW PEMFC power system's temperature management system in Matlab/Simulink platform. Then simulated and calculated the fuel cell FCPS's temperature management system. The simulation result meet requirement of FCPS's temperature management system.In the end, the paper put up test bench according to FCPS's temperature management system, which had designed in front content, used temperature control strategy, which had established by fuzzy control method to do experiment, finally, the experiment result verified the accuracy of the simulation result.
