The normal work of trolley bus substation is the premise to be ensure the safe operation of trolley buses,so it is important for monitoring the substation environment and equipment's operation.Using the traditional manual inspection or maintenance mode without inspection maintenance,equipment can not effectively ensure the quality and timeliness of work.Maintenance personnel can not be fully understanding of the scientific equipment in the engine room of the actual operation status or can not be run to detect equipment failure,malfunction of the processing and analysis of the lack of quantitative data can not be the maintenance of equipment.In order to overcome the management and maintenance of trolley buses in the substation may arise in the above-mentioned problems,we have devised a monitoring system of substation equipment in order to achieve the output voltage of the substation,as well as temperature,humidity,access control,including unification of substation monitoring environmental parameters in order to protect the substation safe operation.This dissertation focuses on the trolley bus system for remote monitoring of substation design and implementation,the main work was completed the following:(1) Through the study of trolley bus substation,and in combination with the actual needs of trolley buses substation,the dissertation is designed of a substation environment monitoring temperature and humidity,the transformer output voltage and current values,the transformer operating temperature and the access status of the trolley bus signals 5 substation remote monitoring systems,it is real-time,high reliability and easy to upgrade.(2) Built hardware platform.Hardware platform of the system including remote monitoring module,the next-bit machine and the host computer.One part of hardware platforms including S3C44B0X processor,memory circuits,RTL8019 LAN chip;Remote monitoring module mainly includes environmental temperature and humidity monitoring module,the transformer output voltage and current monitoring module,transformer temperature monitoring condition monitoring modules and access control module;Data transmission media used passive optical network.(3) System software platform.The main work is embedded operating system transplant and the preparation of applications.The system is used a passive optical network for data transmission media,it bandwidth wide,and the agreement is simple,easy maintenance,and in line with China to promote copper back into the light of the policy,and therefore passive optical network for the transmission medium of remote monitoring system has very broad prospects.
