With the development of the urban economy and extension, the scale of population and land is in expansion, so urban expressway system is more and more built. Interchange's entrances and exits connect and convert traffic, where many vehicle's confluence, separation and intertwined take place. At the same time, a large number of traffic conflict occurred. Domestic and international studies have shown that the safety of the expressway system is affected by the interchanges. There are many traffic incidents took place in the interchange's entrances and exits.Traffic safety analysis based on conflict has been widely used in urban road intersections, and this paper will use this method to finish interchange's entrances and exits'safety analysis. Exit's separation, entrance'confluence, between exit and entrance'intertwined area are study objects of this paper. The process of traffic conflicts, the impact factors of conflict, the types of conflicts on interchange's entrances and exits are main contents. Video survey methods are used to study the traffic conflict situations. Relies on survey data, apply gray model and neural network model to predict traffic conflict of interchange's entrances and exits. Prediction can help to get hold of the future development conflicts, guide the implementation of safety improvement measures, at the same time, it will help to evaluate the feasibility of measures to effectively control the impact factors of conflict, to reduce traffic conflicts and improve the safety level of Interchange. The study of this paper will help evaluating the safety situation of interchange's entrances and exits, and it is important for transport workers in the evaluation of road safety and security treatment.
