The contents of this paper mainly study to reasonably choose anti-corrosion alloy materials in desulphurization conveying pump,influencing factor to the desulphurization pump performance and attrition rule.Through to alloy chemical composition analysis in desulphurization conveying pump,compare the commonly used metal's anti-corrosive ability,the reference proposal was put forward to desulphurization conveying pump anti-corrosive alloy material choice in FGD system.The numerical simulation of the three-dimensional interior fluid flow in the desulphurization pump is computed by choosing the different medium parameters,motor speed and geometric parameters.Compare with the different parameter influence to desulphurization pump.Improve the desulphurization pump's performance characteristic and the efficiency.
