In this paper,as a result of the current charging system for electric vehicles performed not very well in such as reliability,efficiency and control accuracy, what is more,the charging process was put on without the battery management system.So I research and develop a new 10KW digital electric vehicle charging system.In this charging system,we use the full-bridge topology as our main circuit and PWM controlling,which make us achieve the main power switch IGBT turn on and off with the opening and increase the charge efficiency and reliability of the system.Basing on the digital signal processing chip and intelligent PI control algorithms significantly improves the charging voltage-current control accuracy and response characteristics of the system.Using CAN bus and RS-485 double-decker bus communication network makes it possible for the battery management system and the control panel can associate as a form of distributed control system.Due to be able to provide a communication interface to battery management system,the charging system to can change its charge way according to the state of charging battery,so as to realize the intelligent control.The success of this charging system's development can be an important theoretical meaning and promotional value.
