Subway, light railway and etc are the forms of public transportation in the city, and as the modern transportations they offer the citizens' convenience for outing and thus become the practical resolutions to crowded transportation in the city. With a view to the advantages of larger capacity, less pollution, less energy consuming and high efficiency, China is adding investments to the construction of subway, and will build railway networks in every big cities thus taking an irreplaceable role in citizens' outings, alleviating jams, and energy saving. However, the noises and convulsions have attracted vast attentions because of their ever strengthening awareness of environment, for subway usually affects the residences nearby and leave damages to the buildings especially ancient buildings. Therefore to investigate and control the noises and convulsions of railway in the city are of profound significance.Through the investigation of the variety of means of reducing noises and alleviating convulsions, and then analyzing the source of noises and the principles of the formation and dissemination of convulsion, this thesis accomplish the structural design of vibration isolation device, and of the design of hydraulic system of float-devices. A model of rail——floating-slab——vibration-isolation-device is established by FEM software, and the analysis isaccomplished with the mechanical induction. And the result is that there comes the great reduction in the transformation and strain, thus proves that the convulsions are effectively diminished by vibration isolation device.The above designs theoretically prove the efficiency of vibration isolation device. And this research is of certain significance of practical engineering.
