Urban road traffic is busy,and the problems of traffic vibration and noise pollution caused by the load of municipal vehicles have become increasingly prominent,causing physical and mental health problems.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct vibration and noise reduction research on municipal roads.With reference to the floating slab vibration isolation track bed technology in rail transit,the use of steel spring floating slabs to isolate roads is a major innovation in the field of municipal transportation.Thesis takes the floating slab vibration reduction road on Wanhui 1st Road,Panyu District,Guangzhou City as the research object,and uses Ansys finite element software to establish the floating slab road length,width,steel spring stiffness,and vibration isolator support spacing under different parameter combinations.The three-dimensional finite element parameter optimization model of the steel spring floating slab and the parameter analysis were carried out;the scale model test of the steel spring floating slab was carried out to study the influence of different spring parameters on the vibration isolation performance of the structure;in order to verify the actual engineering floating slab The dynamic characteristics and vibration isolation effects of vibration isolation roads,and the dynamic characteristics and vibration isolation performance tests of floating slab municipal roads have been carried out.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Perform modal analysis,harmonic response analysis and traffic load vibration response analysis on 81 steel spring floating slab finite element models under different parameter combinations.Obtained: the fundamental frequency of the steel spring floating slab is less than 10Hz;when the thickness of the floating slab is greater than 45 cm,and the support spacing of the vibration isolator is less than 1.8m,it can be effective for common traffic loads in the city with a frequency of 10~40Hz.Significant reducing effect.Therefore,the length of the floating slab is greater than 60 m,the thickness is 45 cm,the stiffness of the vibration isolator is 5.3k N/mm,and the supporting distance is 1.8m,which is a reasonable combination of the parameters of the steel spring floating slab.(2)Perform hammering modal test,vehicle load vibration response test and finite element calculation analysis on four steel spring floating slab scale models with different support spacings,and perform Fourier transform on their time domain response signals,using acceleration Time history,frequency spectrum,octave level and insertion loss are used to evaluate the vibration isolation effect.Obtained: the fundamental frequency of the scaled model is in the range of 5Hz~10Hz,the more the number of vibration isolators,the greater the fundamental frequency of the model,and the fundamental frequency mode is vertical translation;the insertion of the steel spring floating slab in the range of 10~40Hz The valley loss value is-9.7d B;the test results and the finite element numerical simulation results both show that the floating slab vibration damping structure amplifies the vibration near the resonance frequency.(3)Carry out environmental excitation modal test,vehicle load excitation test,and finite element calculation and analysis on the steel spring floating slab vibration isolation road site.Obtained: The natural frequency of the numerical simulation results and the test data analysis results are both about 10Hz;the structural vibration response acceleration increases with the increase of the vehicle axle load and vehicle speed,and the vibration energy of the structure is mainly distributed in the low frequency band;the numerical simulation results and the test results It is shown that the maximum value of acceleration of the structure’s response to vibration is reduced by more than 83%;the maximum value of Z vibration level at the measurement point 6 on the lower surface of the roof of the underground space is65.79 d B,which meets the relevant regulations;the insertion loss in the working frequency band is basically greater than 0d B,Vibration isolation effect is obvious.
