Research On Lishui Goal Of Building Eco-City System

With the continuous advance of urbanization, urban is developping in a variety of increasing contradictions. In order to solve urban problems, it is actively to find a new' way for urban development. Eco-city is becoming popular as the main form of urban sustainable development. The Lishui eco-demonstration region was started building in December 1999.After four years, it has achieved remarkable success. On June 27,2003, the Lishui eco-demonstration region was passed the acceptance test organized by the environmental protection department of Zhejiang province, and in November2004, it was adopted by the nation environmental protection department. On this basis, we were starting building the eco-city in Lishui since 2005. In this paper, I analyze the effect factor and mechanism of the Lishui eco-city starting with the eco-city's concept, content and features.And creat a target system to develop the nature, economy and society in a coordinated manner based on the home and aboard eco-city research achievement and the condition of Lishui central city. The target system is made up of one overall goal, three graded objectives, six subunit objectives and thirty indexes. According to the target system, I analyze the development condition of all indexes, and give the main suggests for building the Lishui eco-city: create harmony environment between humanity and nature, promote the healthy economic development, perfect the social security services system and management mechanism. We'll achieve the goal of eco-city, which has harmony natural, beautiful environment, well-developed economic and prosperous cultural, social justice and civilization.
