The spectrophotometer is a type of photoelectric analytical instrumentation as well as a spectral instrumentation. It is urgently needed to develop the spectrophotometer with minitype and light. In some special fields it requires the instrumentation can endure the shake and be stable, at the same time it must adapt the producing scene, work quickly and accurately and be used conveniently.The work is the following:1,The development and current situation of UV-VIS Spectrophotometer are summarized. Performances of some spectrophotometers are described and commented after collecting and analyzing of many UV-VIS Spectrophotometers from some corporations overseas and domestic.2,Thesis introduced the current status and the composing part of UV-VIS spectrophotometer, and introduced some minitype light source. Thesis introduced the composing part of optical path, and selected parts of our apparatus. Deuterium lamp and tungsten lamp are the light source we selected.3,A double agglutination lens original structure is designed through PW method, and a ellipse reflecting surface is designed. The ellipse surface can proofread chromatic aberration and other aberration. Optical path is minitype that can fit our instrument.4,Using Zemax optical design software , thesis simulate original structure by computer, and the ray aberration is analysed. The original structure is optimized, the result are satisfied. We also design a type of double separate lens which can replace double agglutination lens. Simulate whole structure of optical path, aberration and MTF curve are analysed. It reduces the cost of the light source. Double ellipsoidal mirror structure is designed.5,Further more, we make a experimentation of the optical path, the power of the light is satisfied, suppose its reliability. The disadvantage of the design is put forward, thesis make some improve on the design. The main features of the thesis are as followed:1,Use Deuterium lamp and tungsten lamp to satisfy the need of wavelength.2,The first type optical path use double agglutination lens and deuterium lamp3,Double ellipsoidal mirror can make the most use of energy, and it is mini. A new structure of minimize UV-VIS spectrophotometer optical path is put forward.
