| Theory of Health Diagnose and Risk Analysis for reservoir dams has been a focus in the domain of dam safety research.Basing on summarizing the predecessor's production,the paper make a comprehensive research on dam health diagnosis technology, health diagnosis evaluation, and dam risk analysis. besides, the paper build a health diagnosis and risk analysis system for the medium and small dam, which improved the level of dam safety management and appraisal. the dissertatation mainly include aspects as follows(1) Baseing on summarizing the predecessor's production, further perfect the basic factor of dam health diagnose. And their definition method.(2) There is a research on a qualitative diagnostic message quantized math model-mathematical model based on Set-Valued Statistics; By use of the weight fusion theory derive the diagnose project ultimately weight through the weight coefficient which confirmed by fuzzy consistent judgment matrix method and quadratic mean deviation method.(3) Basic data are collected by the monitoring, detecting and manual patrolling. health diagnose outcome of every substratum single factor are deduced by using the Linearity Weighted Method.(4) By using Fuzzy Consistent Judgment Matrix , weight coefficients of life loss,economic loss,environment loss and society loss are caculated. Standardard risk analysis method of life loss ,economic loss,enviromental loss and society loss method has been studied out.(5) In the end,the paper have make a health diagnosis ans risk analysis for Nine Summit Reservoir Dam.The example proved above assessment system's feasibilty and rationality. |
