The State Of The Parking Environment In The Urban Settlements That Have Been Built And Research For Countermeasures

Recently, as the car prices are reduced constantly, it is generally accepted by most consumers that cars play an important role in transportation and the so-called modern lifestyle. The fact is that car has become one of the members of many families. People enjoy the quickness and convenience resulted from cars a lot. However, they are bothered by traffic jams and environment problems. Furthermore, the neighborhoods cannot contain the large number of cars. Naturally how to solve the parking problems in the neighborhoods has become a strikingly important issue.This paper has the research object of the parking problems existing in the neighborhoods which have already been built. It is based on case studies. In this paper a comprehensive analysis of the parking problems is made from the perspective of society, economy, humanity, and environment etc.There are eight chapters in this paper. Chapterâ…£analyzes the relationship between the neighborhoods'traffic environment and their living conditions, and offers a research frame of the factors influencing the traffic environment construction in a neighborhood. Chapterâ…¤carries out an analysis of the main factors affecting the parking in a neighborhood, stating the parking problems clearly. Chapterâ…¥studies the situation of the parking places in the cities'neighborhoods. It takes Zhengzhou for example, analyzes the survey in a comprehensive and scientific way, and summarizes the parking problems in the built neighborhoods.
