Traditional passive suspension cannot meet the trend gradually. Automobile engineering community at home and abroad has attached importance to semi-active suspensions because they are simple fabric and excellent performance. Semi-active suspensions have not been really popularized because reliable and cheap dampers are short and there are some difficulties with damp control. So it is necessary to research the structure of semi-active suspensions and their control to provide theory foundation for domestic semi-active suspension research and development and theoretical dependence.The article studies the automobile semi-active suspension. Based on analyzing the performances, the text uses the two freedoms ? suspension model. At the same time, it disperses and analyses its performances. Base on the character and performances, the article uses the improved self-organizing fuzzy control method to control the system . MATLAB/SIMULINK is used to emulation. At the bovine debugging and improving, this article tests the emulation curves of self-adapting fuzzy control semi-active suspension, fuzzy control semi-active suspension and passion suspension .The results show that:Acceleration peak of self-adapting fuzzy control fall 2.3 ( )m /s2, namely 35%, the standard variance of acceleration falls 2.44( )m /s2, the standard variance of dynamic flexibility degree fall 0.0172(m ),the peak falls 0.0064(m ); the standard variance of dynamic load of wheel falls 120 ( N ), the peak falls 74.1 ( N ). So the article shows that semi-active suspension use self-adapting fuzzy control method is better than the fuzzy control. The semi-active uses self-adapting fuzzy control method obtaining preferable obstruct liberation, obviously improving ride comfort and control stability and adjusting the conflicts of safety and smooth, which makes the automobile integration performances improved. It deserves aftertime study. it's simple and cheap, So development space is very expansive. |
