| The detecting machine which could simulate the load of the automobile on the road, is widely used in the domestic and foreign road detection, Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) is extensively used for its convenience, fast and large information capacity. But the domestic FWD product have a large distant from the foreign in the technology. In this thesis, FWD several keys technology was studied and discussed, and was improved to some degree. Some problems which had appeared in the test on FWD's separating - catching device were solved. In this thesis, the blue print of the FWD model machine's data detecting system was designed, and the design idea of the displacement sensor frame was sured.Based on the mechanical analysis about the preliminary studies of t FWD's separating - catching, the main reason for its slow action was found.With the analysis of the outcome, the appropriate improvements were made to the components of the original structure. At the same time, the design of the Grasping Hammer spring was optimized. The action of the improved separating - catching device was effectively improved, in line with the design requirements.In this thesis, the detection system FWD conducted a primary exploration and study, presented FWD detection system minimum theoretical sampling frequency, and designed to USB data acquisition card, laser displacement sensors, at the same time on the FWD sensor installation and calibration made a number of insights.From the research and analysis of the vibration mechanical model to the displacement sensor under the outside incentives, the noninterference conditions about the fore-and-aft legs of the displacement sensor frame.Through the research and analysis of the vibration mechanical model to the displacement sensor under the outside incentives, received the noninterference conditions about the fore-and-aft legs of the displacement sensor frame;listed the transmission rate and the impact infacts of the transmission rate;detemined the codition which made the displacement sensor frame as the reference standards,thus reducing the parasitic deflection sensor signals.
