| Accoding to the current situation of deck surfacing with Epoxy asphalt and its development in China and abroad, this paper has analyzed the feature of the function of Epoxy asphalt used on surface pavement of cement concrete bridge through analyzing the physical and chemical properties of Epoxy asphalt and further testing the superiority of Epoxy asphalt in the road construction.Through the primary test of Epoxy asphalt, the fitful consolidation agent of Epoxy has been selected to resolve the problem that Epoxy is not easy to mix with asphalt, and a new idea to improve the Epoxy asphalt is given. The viscosity and time-temperature sensibility are important properties of Epoxy asphalt in the test of analizing Epoxy asphalt. A suggestion is also given to reflect the consolidating degree of Epoxy by penetration property. The optimum time of forming the Epoxy aspalt mixture and the optimum asphalt content should be confined by Marshal test and the properties related to solidating time. It is deeply demonstrated with fitiful tests that Epoxy asphalt has such properties as high strength, high anti-deformation, stability in higher temperatue, high anti-water property, anti-polution property,etc. The Epoxy asphat can make the needs of concrete bridge deck surfacing completely.Through the designed structure of compounding material with Epoxy asphalt and the other asphalt mixture, the durabily of Epoxy asphalt mixture and founction to the entire durability of upper layer formed by Epoxy asphalt mixture are inspected such tests as gradating durability test, test for inspecting the nice durabily of Epoxy asphalt mixture.At the same time, the trustness and reasonability of the compounding material using for concrete bridge deck surfacing are inspected.Compared with the construction craft of common asphalt mixture, some special requirments for the construction of Epoxy asphalt concrete and important technical points in the course of construction are clarified. |
