| Accompanying with the construction of our country, more and more tunnels are constructed in the karst area,karst water bursting and mud bursting etc. geological diseases are becaming more and more overhanging, it brings great hazard to the tunnel construction safety. How to evad such diseases's occurrence in the tunnel construction is becaming the most desiderated technical problem to be resolved in karst tunnel.This text is on the basis of summarizing the domestic and international tunnel of preventing and curing experience to the karst,combine the concrete conditiongs of the long tunnel of TongLuoshan of DianLin expressway,well up to shoal karst area adopt rational prevention and cure scheme.The main work that this text does is as follows:1. Combining to this project's characteristics which is complicated geologicalcondition,karst development, rigorouslies environmental protection requirement,developing comprehensive geology forecast in front ,discussing the evidence of how to identify karst.2. According to the karst position, scale and development and etc.initial terms that the result of the synthesize geology forecast in front confirmed,it is scale and development, put forward preliminary ground surface grouting construction scheme and corresponding homework parameter and craft.3. Five water pressure test, simple water pressure test,sound wave test and etc. detection methods are adopted to check the grouting effectiveness,it also carried on the comparison and analysis before and after the grouting.4. Carried out the study on the construction technology of filling karst tunnel,combining solid engineering,providing the treatment method and reduction to practice.The tunnel of TongLuoshan passes using synthesize geology forecast in front and grouting reinforcement technology while construction,safely pasts the shoal karst area, it can also prevent the occurrences of construction accident and the running off of the surface water and groundwater effectively,the research result of this text can be provided as reference to the tunnel construction of karst aera. |
