Recently, many researches about spatial correlation of the ambient noise had been done, some noise models had been developed and some analytical expressions for the correlation in some specific directions were given. These researches enhanced the hydrophone array processing technology. For the calculation of signal-to-noise gain of a hydrophone array, spatial-correlation in arbitrary direction is more needed because of the variant pose of the array in the real. Most of the models we have were focus on some specific directions, which was confined when applied. In this paper, consider the models of homogeneously isotropic volume noise and surface-generated noise with perpendicular directivity, the spatial cross-correlation between acoustic pressure and three orthogonal components of particle velocity is investigated with the method used in the analysis of reverberation coherence. The corresponding analytic expressions of correlation coefficients and noise covariance matrixes are given. With the analytical solution of the coherence, it is easy for us to calculate the signal-to-noise ratio output of an acoustic vector sensor. At the same time, it is meaningful to the design and application of acoustic vector sensor array. Also, we discuss a ray treatment method which is used for the model given surface and bottom power reflection coefficients and volume absorption. Finally, we process the data which was acquired in the ocean experiment, and get some information about the spatial correlation of the noise in real environment.
