Because the criterions of diesel engine's economical efficiency and emission behavior are becoming higher and higher in recent years, developing diesel engine's electronic-control fuel injection system quickly has become the trend of the times. This thesis applied the electronic improvement on the traditional fuel injection system, with the reference of the electronic-control fuel injection system theories. An emulational model of electronic-control fuel injection model was set, by using Hydsim developed by AVL.Through the emulational analysis, the key framework parameters were gotten for the improved electronic-control fuel injection system.Meanwhile, some conclusions were also gotten through the analysis on the install location, responding speed and discharge section area of the electromagnetic valve. As the electromagnetic valve is the key component in the electronic-control system, the thesis focused on certain electromagnetic valve's construction and characteristics, and set its mathematics model.Through emulating electromagnetic valve by using Simulink, the factors which could influence the electromagnetic valve's performance such as driving voltage, inceptive air space, spring tension and mobile quality were analyzed.Research showed that augmenting driving voltage could shorten the time which the electromagnetic valve uses to open obviously;reducing inceptive air space could make electromagnetic force become bigger and make the time which the electromagnetic valve used to open become shorter;on the one hand spring tension could hold the electromagnetic valve's open back,on the other hand it could drive the electromagnetic valve to close,so its value should be considered eclectically according to the different demands.
