The continuous welded rail has resolved many problems on the common circuit, when track-temperature changed, the steel rail can'ts flex freely and may produce the huge temperature-force especially on the section with origin curve, resulting in partial steel rail apophysis, leading to produce longitude and horizontal displacement, up to influence the safty of train running. The paper based on the practical of partial fast decrease of temperature, mainly analyzes influences on different curve radius and original curve by this appliance, then put forward some reasonable proposals.Firstly, the paper systematically summarizes the domestic and foreign development on the continuous welded rail, and also introduce the application of partial fast decrease-temperature technic based on stabilization theoretics on long-rail. Based on characteristic of partial fast decrease-temperature, introduce thermodynamics theoretic, the paper establishes thermal-structure coupled analysis calculating modal performs calculation and analysis by using ANSYS software.Secondly, used of this calculating model, analyzes and compares the longitudinal sanction and longitudinal and horizontal displacement changement on different curve radius and original curve at certain temperature.Thirdly, put in practice partial decrease-temperature on different location compare with origin cueve, based on the contrastive analysis, calculate temperature force, then can educe difference of longitude and horizontal displacement, proposes the reasonable location. The result shows that it is very effective to decrease-temperature on the apophysis-rail zygomorphous location.
