Research Of Failure Diagnosis Based On Case-Based Reasoning In Extended Manufacturing Quality Management

Rapid extended manufacturing is a kind of socialization combined manufacturing mode based on limited producing capacity and manufacturing resources. It is a kind of rapid organization and mobilization preparedness for war built on enterprise infomationization and society internetization. Extended manufacturing has the characteristics of asynchrony, distribution, dynamic, diversity, reusability and so on. How to do fault diagnosis without restraint of time and space under the manufacturing mode is an important subject.This paper introduces the concept of extended manufacturing and the present situation of fault diagnosis, case based reasoning ,and study further fault diagnosis methods in extended manufacturing fields combined with Web Service and XML technologies. The main job of this thesis is as followed:(1) On the base of deep researching on construction methods of case base, a new method of automatic case base building is put forward. A kind of case presentation using fuzzy set, case extraction, determining of attribute weight of cases and the organization of the case base are researched contents in this method.(2) A case base fuzzy retrieval method is put forward. A level-division and stepwise refinement retrieval mode is designed in this paper. Then a new case similarity computation method and a feasible feedback method are proposed.(3) A solution of the application in the distributed and heterogeneous environment is put forward in this paper. Web Services and XML technologyies are used to realize reuse of diagnosis knowledge and methods in order to diagnose the fault of the product quality in extended manufacturing.(4) A product quality faults diagnosis system in extended manufacturing based on case based reasoning is designed and realized. The principle of the system is introduced and its features are analysized.The fault diagnosis method researched in this paper is elementarily applied in an extended manufacturing enterprise and shows good effect, so it has very good spread application prospects.
