During modern information war, it especially emphasizes information sharing between operation platforms. Data-link plays an important role there. An Intelligent Fire Control System of Helicopters is the premise of unmanned helicopter combat. This paper is made to obtain those two points. The significance is decreasing cost and casualty during a war.American army has formed a series of Data-link. We must do our best to catch them to cut down the gap between us. The helicopters Fire Control System on active duty in our army mostly drop behind those of Hesperian, so it is time to mend our pace to make a further development about it.The Intelligent Fire Control System based on Data-link in This paper mainly works on three aspects:Data-link network system,intelligent decision-making of helicopters attacking, and three-dimension intelligent guidance law for air-to-air missile on helicopters.First, a Wireless AD HOC Network of helicopters is brought forward, based on the Third Generation HF Automatic Link Establishment Technologies. A Clustering Algorithm and management are taken to improve the traffic flow. And a zone routing protocol is introduced. After that, we dealt with the network security on several layers.Then, an intelligent decision-making system based on Data-link Network is discussed. At first, a target state estimator is designed. Then helicopters make situation assessment after transforming the sate with the Data-link Network to each other, and there the delay of the data translation is compensated using KALMAN filtering algorithms. Target assignment is done by using Radial Basis Function Network. Then we propose a method of weapon distribution using Ant Colony Algorithm. All of above are simulated with MATLAB and C language and proved correct.After that, a self-adapt region fuzzy logic guidance based on Genetic Algorithm and Simulated Annealing are devised. And then a method of missile launch envelope is calculated by using RBF networks, these methods are all simulated with MATLAB. A new mean is given about air-to-ground missile shoot far away from defense area.In the end, the method of using MULTIGEN-Paradigm creator and Vega in Visual C++ environment is discussed. And an instance is developed to show the process of air-to-air missile attacking target.
